Ian has spent the last 15 years helping businesses grow with UX and Conversion Optimisation. After extensive experience in various agencies, Ian co-founded his own agency in 2014. Under his leadership, the agency expanded from a start-up to a team of 35, operating across three countries and partnering with some of Australia’s biggest brands, including H&R Block, ANZ Bank, Forever New, and Adairs. In 2022, Ian successfully exited the business. Following a brief hiatus, Ian’s passion for aiding businesses in making better decisions through CRO and experimentation led to the launch of Experior in April 2024. Experior is a specialist agency dedicated to helping DTC brands achieve online growth.
Trang brings over 13 years of expertise in marketing, Conversion Optimisation, and product management to Experior. As the former Head of Product at Vitable, a leading DTC Healthtech startup with over 15,000 monthly users, Trang excelled in enhancing digital experiences and implementing optimisation strategies across both web and app platforms. Her extensive background includes pivotal roles as a UX & Conversion expert at Compare Club and Yoghurt Digital, delivering profitable results for prominent Australian brands such as Frank Body, PE Nation, Seafolly, Laser Clinics, Adairs, and UTS. Trang is committed to providing exceptional value to clients by refining digital experiences using data and insights. Her passion lies in driving top business results through customer-centric approaches and first-class user experiences, ensuring clients achieve sustained growth and long-term success.
